At Boki Services Corporation, we’re more than just a property management company—we’re a family-owned business built on trust, passion, and a deep commitment to providing exceptional service. Founded in 2020, we (Sebastian and Katharina) decided to start this company together to offer personalized, reliable, and professional property management services to homeowners in Southwest Florida.

Sebastian – Owner & Real Estate Enthusiast

I’m Sebastian, and I’ve always had a passion for real estate and housing. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in the industry, which led me to obtain my real estate license in 2022. I joined Compass Florida in June 2024, eager to expand my knowledge and provide even better service to my clients through this incredible agency.

As much as I love real estate, I’m also deeply passionate about everything related to homes—from repairs to renovations, from plumbing issues to painting touch-ups. I pride myself on being hands-on and can fix most things around the house, which is why I’m always here to help when any issues arise at our clients' properties. I’m always on the lookout to ensure everything is running smoothly, whether it’s coordinating maintenance or taking care of small repairs myself.

Katharina – Owner & Coordination Expert

I’m Katharina, and I handle all the coordination, office management, and day-to-day operations that keep Boki Services running seamlessly. From organizing cleaning crews, lawn services, and pool maintenance, to managing the small but important details that truly make a property stand out, I ensure that everything is taken care of for our clients. My goal is to make sure that every property we manage is well-maintained, and every customer is satisfied with the level of care and attention to detail we provide.

I’m also the person behind managing communications and keeping everything running on time, from handling invoices to overseeing the logistics of repairs and services. For me, it’s all about making sure that we meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.

Our Love for Southwest Florida & Nature

We’ve lived in Cape Coral for several years and are incredibly familiar with the Southwest Florida area. Over time, we’ve built strong relationships within the community, which is why our local expertise is one of the cornerstones of the services we offer. We love being part of this beautiful region, and our business allows us to connect with homeowners while taking care of the places we all call home.

When we’re not working, we love to explore the outdoors. Whether we’re enjoying the pristine beaches or hiking through the woods of Florida, we make it a priority to experience nature whenever we can. It’s a great way to recharge and get inspired to do our best work. We’re also pet lovers—we have three dogs who join us on our adventures!

Personally, I (Katharina) am also a passionate equestrian. Horseback riding is something that brings me peace and balance, and it’s a hobby I’ve enjoyed for many years. Spending time with animals and in nature is one of the things that makes me feel most connected to the world around me.
